Refund and Returns Policy

At GraminBazaar.in, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with a simple and hassle-free return and replacement policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
The product is expired or not fit for use (in the case of consumables).
Note: Certain items such as perishable goods, hygiene products, and customized items may not be eligible for return.
2. Return Window
Returns and replacements must be requested within:
7 days from the date of delivery for eligible products.
Requests beyond this window may not be accepted unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
All tags, labels, accessories, and invoices must be intact and returned with the product.
Products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.
4. Replacement Process
If your return is approved:
We will arrange a reverse pickup (where available).
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:
Ship a replacement (if requested and available), or
Issue a refund to your original payment method or wallet (if applicable).
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following types of products are not eligible for return or replacement, unless defective or damaged:
Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.)
Personal hygiene items (soaps, toothbrushes, etc.)
Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
Customized or made-to-order items

7. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is approved and processed:

8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies. To cancel an order, please reach out to our support team as soon as possible.
