Gramin Bazaar Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns Eligibility:
– We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
– Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
– Certain products like personal hygiene items, and customized products are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process:

– Our team will verify your request and arrange for pickup (if applicable) or guide you through the return process.
– Customers may need to self-ship returns in certain cases; shipping costs may be reimbursed if the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Refund Policy:
– Refund amount will be credited to your bank within 7-10 days after we receive the returned item and verify its condition.
– Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
– If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as store credit or to a provided bank account.

4. Damaged or Defective Products:
– If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
– Replacement product will be delivered within 7 days.
– We may request images or videos of the issue before processing a replacement or refund.

5. Order Cancellation:
– Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been shipped.
– Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. However, you may request a return after delivery.

6. Exchange Policy:
– Exchanges are subject to product availability.
– If the requested replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.

7. Non-Returnable Items:
– Personal hygiene items, used baby toys, and any product marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page cannot be returned.
